INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Division of Public Works is totally closing a portion of School Avenue over the Central Canal north of Broad Ripple Avenue this week for bridge upkeep.
Work on the bridge is predicted to start on or after Monday, April 4. School Avenue ought to reopen later this fall.
Northbound visitors should detour on Kessler Boulevard, Meridian Road and 71st Road to reconnect with School Avenue through the closure.
Southbound visitors must also use 71st Road, Meridian Road and Kessler Boulevard to journey to and thru Broad Ripple.
As a part of the detour, each north and southbound visitors might be directed to journey throughout the Kessler Boulevard bridge over White River that can also be below development presently.
